Required Documents Checklist

Please prepare the following documents in this exact order:

Complete the official application form, have it stamped, and sign it.
Obtain an approval letter from your sponsor and get it certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
Provide a clear photocopy of your valid Iqama.
Provide a clear photocopy of your passport (main pages).
Your degree/certificate must be certified by the Saudi embassy in your home country and translated into Arabic.
Provide your marriage certificate translated into Arabic by an authorized translator.
Provide birth certificates for all children, translated into Arabic by an authorized translator.
Provide clear photocopies of passports for all family members.
Please check with Istiqdam office for any additional documents specific to your case.
